SPECIAL TOUR

  • COC LY MARKET (TuesDay only) – private tour

After breakfast we will depart for Coc Ly market which is 54 km north west of Lao Cai city. The journey takes about 2,5 hours through rural areas. Coc Ly is a small remote village known for its market. It is located on Chay river and inhabited by mainly flower H’Mong ethnic minority people. The market is gathered only on TuesDay. Here you have a special chance to meet several ethnic minorities, such as Flower H’Mong, Black Dzao, Phu La, Nung, Tay. At this market you will find a variety of items for sale such as clothes, fruits, food, vegetables and handicraft etc. You will also have an opportunity to see many animal with the local have brought mountainous limestone countryside for a relaxing boat trip. We will have a picnic lunch on the boat while we enjoy the magnificent sights along the riverbank. We will visit some famous caves such as Bat cave, Tien Cave… and many picturesque waterfalls.
Nearing the end ò the 1 hour cruise, the beautiful village of the Tay minority people called Trung Do will emerge. Here we will experience the lifestyle ò the local people, before taking one last boat trip where you will meet up with our minibus to reture to Sapa or Lao Cai city for the night train, depending on your wishes



  • TA PHIN

9.00: start your trip from our Sapa Summit Hotel, your journey will be mostly driving down hill toward Lao Cai. Before taking a left turn into a mall tarmac road leading to ta Phin village. Here a short walk takes you to some small hamlets of Ta Phin village where 2 ethinic groups: Black H’Mong and Red Dzao minorities live their own way without a mixture of both of their cultures.
These 2 largest ethnic groups live happily together while maintaining their traditions from generation to generation. You can easily recognize them by their clothes, they are both famous for handicraft. You will enjoy taking a walk among the small hamlets. On the walk you also have an opportunity to visit the local houses then you will return back Sapa by jeep or van.


  • CAN CAU MARKET (SaturDay only)
Can Cau market is a small market in the valley, 7km from China border. It deeply shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in Vietnam. You can see ethnic people in colourful costumes from all over the hidden vllages. Lunch in Can Cau. Then bus back to Sapa
  • BAC HA MARKET (SunDay only)
Bac Ha market is the meeting place of many different ethnic groups who comes here for exchange their handmade products, as well as exchanges the culture. It fills with many different hilltribe peoples. You will have the chance to enjoy it’s simple bit unique kind of food with special wines made from rice, corn and fruits… Leave the market for King’s House built by the French colonists and Chinese in 1920. Back to town for lunch and visit Ban Pho village. Return to Sapa or bus back to Lao Cai.

SAPA TREKKING

Sapa, a former French hill resort and home to some of Vietnam’s most colorful ethnic groups in the far northwester corner of Vietnam. Sapa is a wonderful place in Asia and is a magical combination of landscape, ethnic cultures and bracing mountain air, surrounding are incredible and the friendly atmosphere. There are excellent areas for hiking through lush mountain valleys to the remove villages of different minorities of Black H’Mong, Red Dzao, Dzay, Tay.

Day 1: Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai

Arrive – Lao Cai station at 7.30 am, pick up by minibus to Sapa. Check in hotel. After having breakfast and shower, we will start the trip to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages of Black H’Mong tribe. Visit H’Mong hydro electric built by French and enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and very beautiful scenery along the way. Then back to Sapa for lunch in our beautiful Mountain View restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore the town on your own. Dinner in hotel and enjoy the night in Sapa town.
Day 2: Sapa – Lao Chai – Tan Van.


After breakfast you will check out and leave your luggage in the hotel then trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes, keep going along the bottom of Muong Hoa valley to get to Ta Van village which is the most beautiful ethnic village in the area. Have lunch in Dzay family. Transferred back to Sapa by motorbike/jeep, get fresh with a shower in the hotel then head to Lao Cai station for night train.
Day 3:

arrive Hanoi at 5 am at Tran Quy Cap station. End the trip.

Day 1


Pick up at Lao Cai station by minibus to Sapa in early morning. Breakfast in our restaurant (in Sapa Summit Hotel) and take a shower before the trip start. Trek down to Lao Chai villages to visit the Black H’Mong. Hve a picnic lunch on the way then keep on going a long the valley to get to Ta Van village whrer Dzay people lives. Then home stay in their local family houses.
Day 2: Ta van – Dzang Ta Chai – Sapa


Start the trip after breakfast, up to Dzang Ta Chai village of the Red Dzao minoriry. Have lunch. Amazing sceneries and beautiful waterfall are to be seen in the afternoon before going up to the main road, where you will be picked up by motorbike/jeep. Ride back to Sapa and you might stop to take photos of his fabulous valley in route to Sapa. Check in and have dinner at the hotel, enjoy the night in the mountain.


Day 3: Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai – Lao Chai station
Breakfast at hotel, morning is free to explore the town on your own. After lunch you check out and leave your luggages at hotel. Then trek down to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages of Black H’Mong tribe. Visit H’Mong hydro electric built by French and enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and very beautiful scenery along the way. Then back to Sapa and refers with a shower before transferred to Lao Cai station  for night train back to Hanoi.


 
Day 4

Arrive Hanoi at 5 am at Tran Quy Cap station. End the trip.

Day 1: Sapa – Dzang Ta Chai

7.00 am pick up from Lao Cai railway station – the last destination, 2 hours bus ride up hill to Sapa. Admire the breath – taking view of Sapa pass. Check in hotel, showers, then see morning market. After good preparation, trek 12 km to Lao Chai village (black H’Mong people) Chat with children in school. Dinner by fire – wood, stay in village of Dzay people to see the daily life.

Day 2: Seo Trung Ho – full Day trek


You will trek about 6 hours up and down hill through green forest to visit Seo Trung Ho village (Red Dzao tribe), picture waterfalls. Overnight in Ba Ho village of Tay people.

Day 3: Ban Ho – Thanh Phu trek 12 km to Thanh Phu.

Enjoy landscape of step – rice. Relax. Swimming on water pond. Feed back to Sapa town. Overnight in hotel.

Day 4: Sapa relaxing

Free to visit morning market in Sapa or walk to Cat Cat waterfall. Lunch in hotel, take a fresh shower before get the bus back to Lao Cai. Night train to Hanoi

FANXIPAN ADVENTURE

FANXIPAN ADVENTURE

•    Day 1:



Pick up at Lao Cai station by minibus to Sapa in early morning. Breakfast in our restaurant.
9.00: our jeep will take you to the highest pass in Viet Nam (Tram Ton pass) located at 2,050 meters above the sea level (16km by jeep), visit the Silver Waterfall before reaching the Pass. Spend your time enjoying the marvelous nature and then start the trek to conquer the roof of Vietnam and Indochina Fanxipan peak.
After roughly 6 hours trek through the primitive rain forest, you will have managed to reach a height of 2,250 meters. At this point, you can relax and enjoy the fresh air, mountains and prepare for dinner. Spend the first night in out cam located by a stream.



•    Day 2:
Breakfast at the camp- then continue climbing to the peak by the way of a pine tree and yellow bamboo forest. After 4,5 hours you will have successfully conquered the roof of Vietnam. Spend 1,5 hour inflowing the splendid landscape from surrounding mountains. At the roof of Vietnam and Indochina is an ideal opportunity for you to enjoy watching the surroundings: to the North West is a small village belonging to Lai Chu province, the splendid rolling mountains, to the north east is an excellent view of Sapa town which is only seen from here. Have lunch then return down to the same camp (2250 meters) for second night in the mountain. Dinner at the camp.
•    Day 3:
After breakfast you will take another route down to the foot of mountain where you can visit and get to know the lifestyles, the traditional customs of the people in the village of Black H’Mong calles Sin Chai, the take jeep back to our hotel (9km by jeep) then have a late lunch in the hotel or have pinic lunch on the trek if it is too late.
In the afternoon you will have a few hours free to explore Sapa town before you go to Lao Cai station for the night train.
•    Day 4:
Arrive Hanoi at 5 am at Tran Quy Cap station. End the trip.


HOA LU – TAM COC (1 Day)

Located in Ninh Binh province 100km southeast of Hanoi, Hoa Lu and Tam Coc are two of the most picturesque spots in all of the north. For 41 years, from 968 to 1009 CE, Hoa Lu was the ancient capital of Vietnam. Nearby Tam Coc is often referred to as “Ha Long among the rice paddies”. Visitors are conveyed by rowboat along the peaceful Tam Coc stream past green fields and the feet of mountains into the mouths of caves, where they encounter new surprises, like stalactites and stalagmites that shimmer like gemstones just inches from the water.

8.30: Departure for Hoa Lu – Tam Coc. There is beautiful roadside scenery on the way.
10.30: After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu – the ancient Royal capital of Vietnam. We will visit Dinh Kinh temple and Le Kinh temple. If you like to go biking, it is a good idea. You will have chance to visit real villages and amazing landscapes by bicycle about one hour (from Hoa Lu capital to restaurant).
12.10: you will have lunch at a nice restaurant before boarding a small boat to visit Tam Coc, meaning literally, “three caves” with Ha Long type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights, like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all.
15.30 – 16.00: we take the car come back Hanoi

PERFUME PAGODA (1 Day)

In Ha Tay province, about 100km outside from the centre of Hanoi to the South, lies one of the most popular religious sites in Vietnam. The perfume pagoda actually consists of a series of pagodas built inside grottoes. The sacred shrines are typical of Buddhists – who show up in the springtime in large numbers – make the Perfume Pagoda an obligatory stop in Vietnam’s north.


Itinerary:

7.45: we pick you up at the hotel and depart for the Perfume pagoda.

10.00: arrival at the Perfume pagoda. After a scenic hour and a half boat ride along, the Yen stream and a 2 hour trek, you reach the Huong Tich cave, which houses the pagoda of the perfume vestige. Next, you’ll visit the Thien Tru pagoda or pagoda leading to Heaven before stopping at a restaurant for lunch.

16.30: After the boat trip back to Ben Duc, we depart for Hanoi,
arriving in the city around 18.30

HANOI CITY TOUR (1 Day)

Vietnam’s small and pleasant capital lies at the heart of the northern Red River Delta, and is a city of lakes, leafy boulevards and open parks with a French colonial feel. Hanoi was founded in 1010, and became the center of government for the Indochina Union under French rule in 1888. In 1954, it became the official capital of independent Vietnam. ToDay ancient crumbling buildings dating from the 11th century lie scattered among grand French colonial residences. The streets of the Old Quarter preserve age - old customs, where trade takes one back half a century, and temples, pagodas and monuments reflect the historic character of Vietnam.



Itinerary

8.00: We pick you up from your hotel; take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. You’ll also the Ho Chi Minh museum where you can learn about this remarkable man and what he did for Vietnam and the world.

9.30: you’ll visit the One Pillar pagoda, which is actually a ground of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.

After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc pagoda on the shore of West Lake. From there, it’s onto the Temple of literature, which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.

12.30: you have lunch at the restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart and soul of Hanoi.

Finally, you’ll stop in at museum of ethnology. This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam. Maps, displays and dioramas are labeled in Vietnamese, French and English. Displays portray a typical village market, the making of comical hats and a Tay shamanic ceremony; videos show the real thing. You can also check out a traditional Black Thai house reconstructed in the museum. There’s also a centre for research and conservation where scientists from all over the world study traditional Vietnamese cultures.

17:00: Arrive in Cat Ba, check-in Le Pont Hotel, have lunch and relax at Hotel.

Evening:
19:00: dinner is served at hotel.
Enjoy wine at hotel’s bar, explore Cat Ba Town by night.

Have breakfast and visit Cat Ba town.
8:00: go aboard to Do Son (Hai Phong)
10:00: Arrive in Do Son, take a bus to visit Nghieng wharf, Do Son beach (lunch is served at Do Son restaurant).
14:00: back to Hanoi
17:00: Arrive in Hanoi, say good bye beside Sword Lake. End of program.

HANOI – CAT BA (2 DAYS - 1 NIGHT)

(Night  on boat)

•    Day 1: (L,D)

Morning:
7:00 – 8:00: pick up at hotel (in the Hanoi Old Quarter).
8:00: Depart from Hanoi
10:30: Arrive at Do Son – Hai Phong, visit Do Son beach, Nghieng wharf (where no-number boats departed to the South in the War).
11:00: go aboard to Cat Ba – Lan Ha Bay.
12:30: Arrive in Lan Ha Bay. Check-in and have lunch on boat.

Afternoon:
Go swimming and kayaking in the bay, clamming, fishing, and sight seeing.

19:00: back to the boat, enjoy grilled sea food on the beach.
Relax at hotel’s bar, contemplate Lan Ha Bay by night.
Overnight on boat.

6:00: have breakfast on boat (buffet), and visit Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot Cave
12:00: Arrive in Bai Chay – Quang Ninh (lunch served on boat or restaurant at Quang Ninh)
13:00: take a bus back to Hanoi
17:00: Arrive in Hanoi, say goodbye beside Sword Lake. End of program.

HANOI – HA LONG (1 Day)



7:00: Pick up at Hotel at the ancient quarters to Ha Long.
11:00: Arrive in Ha Long, go aboard to visit Ha Long Bay, Dau Go cave, go swimming and kayaking (have lunch on boat).
16:00: Back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Hanoi at 20:00

ACTIVITIES IN LE PONT RESORT

The attraction here is natural sands, which scattered on islets in resort, clear water and natural small cave.
At the opposite side of tourist area, there is an islet named Van Boi beach, the center of Cat Ba Biosphere reserve, 1 of 4 Biosphere Reserves in Vietnam, that have been recognized by UNESCO.

Wishing to find a fresh sensation, tourists could take part in kayaking program and diving to hunting sea products such as arca…. Especially holothurian, a precious speciality  of the sea that are numerous here.

DESTINATION IN QUAN LAN ISLAND


Arrive at Quan Lan Island, you have a chance to know and discover the local culture.
  • Map Peak and Dau Cao coral beach.
Dau Cao coral reef is located right beside Chuong Nep beach, and Map Chuong Sam Peak is an ideal point to contemplate landscapes.
  • Rung tram – Nhang dia road
Going along the train in Tram forest to Lac pond, we will see many kind of plant that we rarely see in the city; such us sim, mua, grass field and tiny trees,…
Passing Lac pond, we will arrive Nhang Ria beach. Beach is so wavy, as at Quan Lan with white sand… But when you are swimming, you have to avoid of dangerous under water stones. There are many hidden places, which are ideal for camping.After an hour walking, you will back to tram forest and go swimming at Chuong Nep beach after a short break.  Con Trui sand is a place where turtle lay eggs.
  • Con Trui sand
Con Trui sand is in the left, 500m from Minh Chau wharf, right beside the road from the wharf to the center of commune, this is a place for Chelone – a kind of sea turtle, which is under global protection program.
  • Lac pond – a world of turtle.
Nowadays, the National Park have already taken some steps to propagate this kind of turtle with the purpose: this will be a place, where tourists could come and see Golden Turtle Gods in their world, an ancient creature, which have been experienced hash change of earth climate.

  • Sa sung beach – a traditional work point of Minh Chau commune
Sa sung is a kind of sea worm, which has high value. Minh Chau citizens are always proud of the local product’s high quality. Sa sung at Minh Chau is very famous, so all traders say that their products are original from Minh Chau. The nature had open-handed presented Minh Chau a 500 ha recess beside the Mang river bank. Thanks to white sand and clean environment, Sa sung here have not only delicious taste, but also attractive ivory-white color.
  • Van Don ancient commercial harbor remain.
Ancient commercial port was established in 1149, it was the first sea commercial port in Vietnam. Although it had finished the role of commercial port in 19 century, nowadays, the remain of Van Don commercial port still attract many generations, as an inspiration to original of building the country of the ancestors. Nowadays, archaeologists have searched, excavated and defined that ancient commercial port was a system of port, that had been disposed on many various separated islands in the area of Bai Tu Long Bay: Cai Lang wharf, Cong Cai, Con Quy, Cong Hep, Cong Dong, Thieu Cong, Gao Rang, Van Ninh, the center consist of Cai Lang and Cong Cai wharf in Van Hai Island.

  • Quan Lan Village Festival.
Quan Lan Festival is held annually from 10 to 20 June of lunar calendar. In this festival, there is an original local nuance, which has been embedded in island life and connected closely with working life and tradition in protecting the country of our People.
  • Quan Lan Temple 
Being a unique sea port of the Ancient Viet country at that time, Van Don not only participated in making a complex of vestiges, that express the prosperous in the material life, but also created many cultural objective and intangible heritages, it’s a system of temple – pagoda and festivals, customs and habits, which have deep impression in local cultural life, formed from ancient to present.
In the system of historical-cultural remains, there is system of pagodas on Cong Dong island:  Lam pagoda, Cat pagoda, Trong pagoda, Vung pagoda, Cay Queo and a tower. In those, Lam pagoda is a biggest pagoda, that was built since Tran dynasty, located in west side of Cong Dong island. This pagoda completely collapsed, but the remains of Ho pagoda’s three-doors, Phat pagoda, High temple, main house, kitchen, well, lotus pedestal, squirrel stone balcony, dragon stone balcony, terracotta tower in Binh Son style (Vinh Phuc province)…, all of them prove that there was an important center of Buddhism of the whole island area.
